Welcome to my page. My work focuses on helping clients to identify their personal goals and develop effective ways of coping with the challenges they are facing. I offer therapeutic support to those who are experiencing bereavement, trauma, depression, anxiety and stress, and am experienced at supporting clients who are neurodivergent. ​​It is my privilege to support clients' progress and wellbeing, and I would welcome the opportunity to work alongside you on your therapeutic journey. My Story

​I am a Middlesex University trained counsellor who is based in Horsham, West Sussex. I'm fully insured and a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and the ACC. Counselling sessions are available in person and online via a secure video call. Walk & Talk sessions are also available.

 

I use a relational, integrative approach. The relationships I build with my clients are at the heart of my work, and I draw on various approaches to help support their individual needs.
